શું per user charge કરો છો? +
નહીં. ₹8,999/month base plan તમારી આખી factory team ને cover કરે છે — owners, supervisors, operators, QC staff. Factory-sized headcount માટે કોઈ artificial licence caps નહીં. એક account per factory — multiple locations હોય તો દરેક ને તેનો plan મળે છે.
Minimum contract શું છે? +
Monthly. Cancel anytime. કોઈ lock-in નહીં, કોઈ termination fees નહીં. અમે ઘણા MSMEs જોયા છે જે multi-year ERP contracts માં ફસી ગયા જે month 4 સુધી hate કરી રહ્યા હતા — અમે તે નથી કરતા.
શું add-on modules upfront ખરીદવા પડશે? +

શું on-premise deployment offer કરો છો? +
અત્યારે નહીં. Faktry cloud-hosted છે offline-first clients સાથે — તમારું shop floor internet વગર કામ કરે છે, પણ master data અમારા servers પર રહે છે (Mumbai AWS region માં hosted, rest અને transit માં encrypted). On-premise complexity add કરે છે જે મોટાભાગના MSMEs ને નથી જોઈતું.
