Pricing questions
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — 30 days free, no credit card required. We help you import your products, inventory, and recipes, and train your team. If Faktry doesn't fit your factory, walk away — no charge, no questions.
Do you charge per user? +
No. The ₹8,999/month base plan covers your whole factory team — owners, supervisors, operators, QC staff. No artificial licence caps for a factory-sized headcount. One account per factory — if you run multiple locations, each gets its own plan.
What's the minimum contract? +
Monthly. Cancel anytime. No lock-in, no termination fees. We've seen too many MSMEs trapped in multi-year ERP contracts they hated by month 4 — we don't do that.
Do I need to buy add-on modules upfront? +
No. Start with the base plan. Add modules only when you actually need them. A dye unit might add QC immediately; a fabrication shop might never need it. Add-on modules are custom-quoted per factory based on scope and usage — book a demo and we will quote your stack in 30 minutes.
Is there a discount for annual payment? +
Yes — we offer an annual commitment discount. Ask about it during your pilot call and we'll share current terms for your factory.
How does pricing compare to Tally or ERPNext? +
Tally is accounting software — it pairs well with Faktry for books, but isn't built for shop floor operations. ERPNext is free open-source, but a typical manufacturing implementation costs well into the lakhs. Faktry is flat monthly base pricing plus a one-time setup & onboarding fee that's a fraction of traditional ERP implementations, ready in 2 days, purpose-built for chemical batch processing.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
You own your data. On cancellation, we provide a full export (CSV + photos) within 7 days. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
Do you offer on-premise deployment? +
Not currently. Faktry is cloud-hosted with offline-first clients — your shop floor works without internet, but the master data lives on our servers (hosted in Mumbai AWS region, encrypted at rest and in transit). On-premise adds complexity most MSMEs don't need.
Can I negotiate pricing for a larger factory? +
